Accela, innovators of civic engagement solutions for government, announced today that it has acquired Springbrook Software, based in Portland, Oregon, and SoftRight, based in Westford, Massachusetts. Springbrook’s nationally renowned solutions will anchor the Finance & Administration solution suite on the Accela Civic Platform with SoftRight’s regionally specialized products bolstering the offering. The Accela Civic Platform modernizes government agencies, introduces time-‐saving workflows, streamlines interactions, and engages citizens by improving communications and transparency.

The addition of Springbrook and SoftRight solutions will further elevate the Accela Civic Platform into a class of its own – bringing Fortune 500-caliber tools and solutions to the public sector.
