Madison Cobb is an Operating Associate focused on Talent Leadership and ESG programs. Previously, Madison was an Environmental Chemist and Marketing Associate for a biotechnology lab. She worked for IVHQ as a sustainable development program lead in New Orleans and regularly attends ESG conferences at the United Nations. Madison received BS degrees in Biology and Environmental Science with minors in business and marketing from Nova Southeastern University.
