Nicole Calandra is a Senior Associate at Bregal Sagemount, where she is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in high-growth businesses. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, she was a Vice President at Lumos Capital Group, where she led investments in the global human capital sector. Before Lumos, Nicole worked at LinkedIn in Strategic Finance, after helping guide LearnZillion, a venture-backed startup, through a successful acquisition. She began her career at Deloitte Consulting. 

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.
